Exits 78 for a local problem, 68 when a server is unreachable, 0 otherwise.
• --stats on every command prints one line on stderr at exit with the number of API requests, retries and token renewals and the elapsed time, so a run that hammers the server is visible to the person running it. The same line always goes to the debug log.
